Stress Relief Can Be Found In Sports

Ever had one of those days or weeks when nothing seems to go right and the whole world seems to be against you? This sends your stress level through the roof. Not to mention how crabby and irritable you seem to other people without you knowing about it. This is also the time when you least want to go exercise, play sports, or go to the gym to relieve your stress.

When your stress level hits the maximum point this when you need and must go exercise or play sports to relieve your stress.

I'm sure everyone can also relate when you've had one of these days and you've went to the gym or went and played some type of sport with your friends how much better you felt after wards.

One of the best ways for me to feel better when I'm having a very stressful week is to go hiking. Getting up into the mountains and away from the city is when I'm most at peace with myself. There's just something about being up there all by yourself and the only sounds that you hear are from nature herself. Sitting under an aspen tree listening to your heart beat and falling asleep is truly an awesome experience I encourage everyone to try before they die.

Everyone has their own way of relieving their stress but one way that everyone will agree on is exercise, playing sports or simply getting outdoors and away from the world for awhile. That's the purest way to your take stress away that can't be found at the bottom of a bottle or smoked away.

Summer is upon us now and I'm encouraging everyone to pick up a new hobby whether it's fishing, hiking, skimboarding, body boarding, surfing or just hitting the gym. Summer is short so make every one of your free days count. We're only getting older and not younger so go out enjoy summer and the beautiful world we live in.
